fresh or frozen mixed berries

natural or Greek yoghurt

diced papaya

Fresh blueberries
kiwi
banana slices
shredded coconut

Instructions
Blend smoothie ingredients (berries, yoghurt and extra papaya) until smooth.
Spoon smoothie into de-seeded papaya half and garnish with toppings. Serve immediately.
